(POGO)
POGO is a nonpartisan, non-profit government watchdog. It works with
government investigators and auditors whose findings have received little
attention, with whistleblowers who risk retaliation, and it performs its own
independent investigations.
Electronic Privacy Information Center
(EPIC)
EPIC works to focus public attention on emerging civil liberties issues and
to protect privacy, the First Amendment, and constitutional values in
relation to the Internet and new digital communication technologies.
Government Accountability Project
(GAP)
GAP is nationally known for its efforts to defend whistleblowers while also
bringing attention to their substantive information about activities and
practices that endanger public health, threaten the environment, waste tax
dollars, violate rights, institutionalize wrongdoing, and promote secrecy.
Open The Government
(OTG)
OTG is a coalition of journalists, consumer and good government groups,
environmentalists, labor and others united to advance the public's right to
know and reduce secrecy in government.
The Tax Justice Network
(TJN-USA)
TJN-USA works with the FACT Coalition, members of Congress, and other groups
to combat tax avoidance and evasion as well as other criminal activity that
our current tax system facilitates.
Peace and Security Funders Group
(PSFG)
The Peace and Security Funders Group is an association of private and public
foundations, operating foundations, charitable trusts, grantmaking programs,
and individual philanthropists who make grants or expenditures that
contribute to peace and global security.
